Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cominly. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Communities on Cominly are private and approval-based; community admins manage membership.
User content & conduct
You are responsible for the content you post. By posting, you grant Cominly a license to display your content within the app to your community. You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, or objectionable content. We provide tools to report content and block users, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
SMS program
If you add a phone number and opt in, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages (such as verification codes and urgent community and mutual-aid alerts). Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Availability
We strive to keep Cominly available but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
Limitation of liability
Cominly is provided "as is" without warranties. Shashitu Enterprises LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including content posted by other users.
